What kind of information do we collect?

Personal Information:  We collect Personal Information when you create an account to use the Sports Garten Products and Services, such as your name, email address, username, password, and billing and credit card information.

What if you are located in a different country?

By choosing to use Sports Garten Products and Services or otherwise provide information to us, you agree that any dispute over privacy or this Privacy Policy will be governed by New York State law.
